Stakeholder engagement
Gleeds’ stakeholder engagement process has drawn on insight from a number of employee and client surveys, global workshops, bidding requests, and our independent client listening programme. Industry forums and groups such as the Social Value Taskforce and Responsible Project Management Manifesto also help to inform our strategy, as do technical presentations/workshops from clients, suppliers and industry partners. Our process for stakeholder consultation is on-going which enables our materiality assessments to remain current. Local input is fed back through the ESG Steering Group and Consultation Groups, both of which have global representation. In 2021 we will use our Supplier assessment questionnaires to gather information and explore topics in more depth with our suppliers.
