Most respondents (24%) identified global tensions as the biggest threat to the Peruvian construction industry. Close behind, a fifth of respondents saw investor confidence as the largest issue.
Nearly all respondents (96%) reported that inflation is impacting the viability of projects, continuing the high levels seen in our last survey. High inflation squeezes budgets, putting pressure on the delivery of projects.
